By way of an official announcement, Selachii LLP are still accepting Claimants in a proposed action against Mt Gox, their parent company and their directors.
The last date for registering an interest will be at 4pm GMT on Friday 7th March 2014. After this date all proposed Claimants who have registered their interest will be sent a Claimant pack for their immediate attention. This will include further details and a request for further information.
